Sorry about the lack of updates recently.. I've been on a course for 3 weeks which was totally taking up all my usual trading time. Anyway, I am back and I played around with Betfair and the Betgizmo interface. I've written about Betgizmo, it's a free Betfair API which is a competitor to the paid Betangel software. The only thing which would be useful that Betgizmo doesn't have is the stop loss function that Betangel has.
Anyway, I was scalping the Horse Racing markets today using the ladders

As you know, Traders is one of my favourite online reads for the whole world of trading but The Exchange is a relatively new magazine which has surfaced which I really enjoy and is a serious contender to Traders.
I like it because it is more fresh, has loads of interviews and covers a whole raft of trading ideas from the traditional financial trading world to sports betting. Also, as it's a British publication the style of writing is a little more relaxed than Traders but heck, they are both

As per my previous post, I mentioned that I've been playing around with Bet On Markets and have now made my tenth trade and it was another winner.. that's 10 out of 10 winning trades.
The great thing about Bet On Markets and generally this type of betting is that you can choose the risk that you take. All my trades are low risk trades, risking little but with a high probability. This means that my returns on each stake aren't great but at least they are consistent. This generally is good for
