  This is what Friday's trade looked like. You can see that a support was formed at around 10400 and I went long after the second bounce of the support level. Although the price action was still in a downtrend, I felt that we had a good chance of a good move up from this level and hence the long trade. However, I got stopped out as the price action pushed down below support taking out the stop and then finished above the stop again. This to me looks like a push to trigger the stops b

So looking back on the trading week where we made profit but a lot less than what it could have been. I had mentioned that I wanted to bring my stop to the low of each daily candle but was unable to do this. I took 80 pips on EURUSD and 40 pips on EURJPY. If you look at what happened with EURUSD, you can see where I entered and exited: I got out at 13000 as it was a round number and the shorter timeframe charts showed the resistance preventing the price from moving above this point.. h

EURJPY – The one that got away!

EURJPY - The one that got away!

My EURJPY trade earlier this week saw me get in the trade at a great place... however, once again, I fluffed the exit. The chart is below: The horizontal blue lines show where I entered and exited. I entered at 10657 after seeing the pinbar. I got a little wrapped up in the lower timeframe charts and saw resistance at 10700 and close the trade. I took 40 pips on the trade. You can see that the trade has since moved another 170 pips beyond my exit.. if I was still in this trade I would be
