I've found that it is always difficult psychology wise to trade as well as you should if you start with a losing trade. Our Gold trade earlier in the week had left us with a 120 point deficit.

Earlier this week we sold Gold (those that followed my Tweets would have got this info in realtime). The reason for this was for a couple of reasons.. the underlying trend in the Daily charts as you can see had been down and there was a marked resistance line.
