Hi all,
I didn’t get a chance to trade the market today.. however, I’ve just logged in to see how I would have done if I had traded it and I would have said that it would have been quite a difficult day. My day would have started at 6.30pm.. there may have been one trade at a short around 153500 but it wouldn’t have yield that much.. market didn’t move very cleanly at all in hindsight!
Anyway, for those UK investors/traders, there is the IX Information Exchange Investor show tomorrow and Saturday. If you book online then you could save the £25 entry fee.
I went to this last year and it was a good place to pick up new information and also attend the seminars. I was particularly interested in the US trading night which they have including Bo Yoder (legendary S&P trader).
I find if you’re a serious about doing this, you need to go to as many seminars and learn as much as you can. Life as a trader is a continual learning process. This is a fantastic opportunity to get to some seminars without spending any money… except the travelling costs.
Oh, and if you go to this link, you can register to view the seminars free from your PC
