Well, I’ve been testing out my skills with the Emini S&P market on my trainee futures account. For those who don’t know, I signed up to join a traders academy and they give you a dummy account to trade with. They’ll train you also and the idea is that one day, when I’m profitable, they’ll back me with company cash. Currently it’s been a mixed bag.. I have some good days and some bad days.

However, the last couple of days have been bad! The markets are very choppy and have a habit of running my stops. The key is to leave the market in times like these and just wait until an opportunity presents itself. For those who actively trade, we know it’s harder said than done. It’s certainly not an easy feat!

I’m learning all the time and my results are getting better and better but alas, still no pie! I hope to make it one day though but this has been one of the hardest endeavours I’ve come across so far!

Another day at home which is great! I’ve not looked at my trading stuff this morning as yet. I’ve got a heap of websites to build for people so I really must get on with that. I hope that I can finish (or at least have something to show) before the US market open.
